Welcome to VLE Tutors Ltd. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our tutoring services provided online and, upon parent request, face-to-face.

By booking a session with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Definitions

  • “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to VLE Tutors Ltd.

  • “You” refers to the parent, guardian, or student engaging our services.

  • “Services” refers to all tutoring sessions, advice, and support provided by VLE Tutors Ltd.

2. Services Provided

We offer:

  • One-to-one tutoring sessions (primarily online; face-to-face by arrangement).

  • Small group tutoring sessions (online).

  • Academic advice and mentoring focused on the UK curriculum (KS3, GCSE, and A-Level).

Our tutors are qualified professionals committed to supporting student success.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Sessions must be booked through our online booking system or by direct arrangement.

  • Payment must be made in full prior to the session unless otherwise agreed.

  • A session is not confirmed until payment has been received.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full at our discretion.

  • If we (VLE Tutors Ltd) cancel a session, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

5. Student Conduct

  • Students are expected to attend sessions on time, prepared, and ready to participate respectfully.

  • Disruptive behaviour, inappropriate language, or abuse will not be tolerated and may result in session termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All learning resources, worksheets, presentations, and materials provided by us remain the intellectual property of VLE Tutors Ltd.

  • You may use these materials for personal educational use only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited without our written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We aim to provide high-quality tuition and support, but cannot guarantee specific academic outcomes, exam results, or grade improvements.

  • We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of our services, except where required by law.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

  • We respect your privacy. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Changes to These Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website.

  • It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  • Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
